Lowering a 05 3rb with Bilstein

Is it possible to lower my wagon about an inch or more just by replacing the springs? or is it not such a good idea?

This has been covered sooooo many times.. Do some searching 
Email Phat for a set of Tein S-techs.. Or go for Kings lows or something.. So easy
