i was thinking about going the re11 but they wear out too fast

was thinking either re11 or ad08.

but they wear to quickly on the road, is this the case?

Has anyone tried the Bridgestone S001 or RE002? I am finding the same price for 225/45/18 and 225/40/18 and would rather have 45. I have Kumho KU36 on at the moment but they are too noisy.

Great choice. I ran these at our Wakefield day over the weekend and they were very solid performers. Much better than my previous Yokohama Advan Sports.

I'd day they (PSS) are 2 rungs up the ladder in performance category though. Might look at them next time around if they wear well for others, are available in the 17" sizes I'm happy to get and aren't stupid expensive.

In need of 2x new tyres & after reading this post I have decided to go with Tirerack.com

Currently have Bridgestone Potenza RE050A 215/45R18 on all 4, but only need to replace the 2 rear.

Should I stick with the same tyre or are there better options on market now? I will be staying with 215/45/18 to ensure all 4 match.

Best to always replace 4 tyres with an AWD car, definitely worth it if going to order from US. RE050A are a great tyre.

If they don't have DOT on the side wall your insurance company may argue about claims if they notice.

well re050As are good but if you are looking for something that is quite cheap and good i would recommend kumho ku31 i run them on my road rims very smooth and quite & grip quite good!

I run the re002s quite good I must say and I would recommend them too.
