yep they are, guards still need rolling as the front sticks out just a little past the body but rolling and coil overs will fix the issue.

the 360 runs off the OEM head unit which keeps the dash looking stock, i have mine in the boot on the left. it works along the same lines as alpines hub without the need for a tv screen to run it. http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/products/product_categories.asp?cat_id=1
if you need a more detailed less technical answer just ask and i will help you out best i can

yeah, whats the tuning features like? thats my only problem with the OEM HU and running well decent gear its next to impossible to get anything good out of it. Does it unlock extra tuning options through the HU? or do you have to go to the boot to tune everything?

with tuning you can control the bass level from a seperated dail which comes with it i belive i have mine in the cabin. when its first installed you tune all the different levels and audio frequencies via a bluetooth pda. It does increase sq greatly over the oem i even find some songs off the ipod you can pick up the distorations.
