That's definitely not a belt at the front. That sounds horrible.
Could that be timing belt? Or the flywheel?

You need to get that checked out asap, from a different mechanics.

I don't know enough about cars to tell you what the sound is, but it doesn't sound 'little' to me. Something is rubbing against something else, and that's never good.

I'm not familiar with subaru engines (or any engine for that matter), but I know a timing belt blow out can destroy a lot of parts on different car types.
I am guessing with where the Subaru one is located that it's going to cause a lot of damage. So you really need to get that sound checked out, by someone who won't replace the fucking front belts for no fucking reason when the sound is clearly coming from the rear of the engine.......

It sounds like something has come loose and is vibrating. Its a metallic vibration to me, don't sound like belts at all.

Sounds like dual mass flywheel to me. But like, bad. Haha. Does the clutch slip at all or is it heavy? Maybe look into a single mass flywheel conversion with a new clutch.

haha my dad was talking to the mechanic about dual mass vs single mass. What do you think ? I don't think its heavy but i haven't driven any other libs only my dads foz which was turbo so heavier clutch but compared to other cars i have driven it is heavier. But I'm no clutch expert
But prev owner did live in the city so i waiting for the day that it goes :/

the difference between dual and regular flywheel is this: dual mass offers smoother drive and gear changes (i.e. no rattling you get with single mass) dual mass however are designed or "tuned" specifically for the type of engine meaning once you start modifying the power of the engine you have to change over to single mass as they can withstand a greater range of torque. single mass can also be machined unlike dual. however single are noisy and have a bit of rattle (hardly noticeable).
Apparently i've never been on live television before

Dual mass flywheels can be machined, its just a bit more expensive.

Single mass flywheels don't squeak, a dual mass squeaks from the springs and the way it absorbs the shudder vibrations when engaging the clutch.
