Whiteline heavyduty adjustable sway bar

Hi guys,

Could someone briefly explain the benefits of Whiteline sway bar over STI sway bar on 07 Tb STI?

I'm looking into improve the handling of my car.

Bigger diameter = stiffer

not sure how big exactly the standard bar is, but if you go from 16 to 20 for example their claiming its 144% stronger.
