Sarvo about 630 on Old Windsor Rd near M2 entry/exit, spotted a grey pre-facelift TBSTI sedan with a kiddy shade on the back window. Anyone?

I really hope the White GEN4 Liberty normal plates with green P plates that was driving along Great Western between Girraween and Prospect last night at about 10pm with a silver N16 Pulsar with the plates SNE-33Z isn't a member from here..

Was driving like a bit of a tool both of them, unsure if they were trying to gee me up for a run off the lights, but seriously if you were, all I can do is LOL.

Unfortunately it is all too common seeing a Gen2, Gen3 and even Gen 4's with P-plates driving like douchebags.
Car(s): Steel Silver MY10 GT Wagon + 1985 Subaru Sherpa

Mods: (GT) HKS Panel Filter. The HKS I put in the MY10 is the same filter I took out of my MY05 GT. So yes, they do fit. Custom leather heel pad to minimise carpet wear in the drivers footwell. Slotted front rotors. (Sherpa) 14'' 6 Spoke mags, Chrome Gear Shift (sick!), Alloy Pedals (sicker!), new positive and negative battery terminals, Alpine cda-9827 H/U, JBL GT 6x9's boxed and mounted (sickest!), Kicker DS650.2 component speakers mounted in the footwells in flibreglass pods, Alpine MRP-F200 4 channel amp (4x40wRMS), Rebadged with hektik chrome eBay badges, STi stickers for more powaaaa, "leather" handbrake boot, recarpetted with grey/black car carpet from Bunnings, sick Clarke Rubber boot mat, polished and waxed.

the P Plater genIV Lib drivers are mostly calm and collected, its more the p platers in street commodores and street falcons that are the dickheads, like the p plater in a red street commodore ute that tried to race me off the line this fine evening...

Points taken, perhaps I worded my sentence wrong. My brain has switched off for the year unfortunately. I was thinking something along the lines of "most iridologists are chiropractors, relatively few chiropractors are iridologists" if you know what I mean.

If that sounds interesting and you're thinking "Wow Phil, what an interesting point you make. How did you get so insightful and amazingly handsome?" you would be right to  If you are a skeptic like I am check out the Skeptoid podcasts. Hella interesting http://skeptoid.com/

:| you lost me phil, my brain has also shut down... but yes, i do to somewhat agree to your reply that there a lot of p plater lib drivers that are dickheads on the road, where im from you either drive daddy's gen4 or you have a very good paying job to afford one on your p's. most of the dickheads drive around in gen1's and gen2's thinking they have an RS

What he was saying is that it doesn't matter if it's an NA or a turbo, it's no reason to be driving like a douchebag,

spot on.
a little off topic but when i was younger i thought i was so cool being a hoon, then shit happened. 2 of my mates got into a car accident. realised the fun of hooning is more serious than fun. now i drive like a normal person..

but hey! at least i stopped and realized how bad it was and admit to fault right?

as a former douchebag p-plater driver myself, for me as soon as i got my fulls and got my sti, i stopped driving like a dickhead. I do give my car the accosional dicking now and then, but im at an age were i cant get my parents to pay for all the speeding fines i get. I cant be bothered paying $600+ for speeding, nor do i want to be suspended, put peoples lives at risk or hurt my poor car.

its just a phase people will grow out of.
