I did my front and rear sway bars at the same time so can't tell you but from a few member's they said It's beneficial probably not bang for buck though.

Bang for buck is rear sway, control arm bushes and getting some decent springs

Offtopic: That y pipe looks just as small as your sway bar

If you haven't bought Phat's control arm bushes I can't recommend them enough. I was so slack in getting around to ordering them but I wish it was my first suspension mod.

If you haven't done them I would make the front lower arm bushes the next on the to do list.

So i took my front left wheel off tonight, because there has been a knocking noise that has frustrated me for a while, and im not sure but I think this is the cause

No sure if you can see but it looks like its all worn out and broken would this be the cause of knocking? Everything else seemed tight.

A few people have had knocking (they thought it was the swaybar) and turned out to be the lower control arm bushes.
Considering how destroyed yours looks from the picture, it's likely to be causing a knocking.

Anyways just change the damn thing, it's only about $250 and it's still in my top 2 mods I have done (the other being PHAT DP)

You need to use a press to remove & insert the bushings. If you can take the control arms off, just take them down to a workshop that can do it for you.
