Hey Phat,

exactly what did you have in mind for this car to do that? (i'm doing some reasearch on a few things so details on stuff like this is always good to know for anyone else who wants to chase those figures or similar)

I think what he had in mind was for Justin to bring him the car and let him work on it, not give his expertise away for free on an Internet forum.

Many vendors on this forum make claims they don't back up and some make claims they can't ... I don't think any provide as much free help as Michael does, but reckon he needs to draw the line somewhere.

Hmm, didn't realise that it was going to be that much of an issue to ask with what was being claimed.

Of course he is entitled to withhold his knowledge, but i guess I was more curious as to what he had in mind.... Was he thinking of replacing some parts already upgraded to get the result or was it more of a "my tuner pwns your tuner" kind of thing.

It doesn't require really telling me any secrets, but it would have been enough information without telling any details for those who were curious and had followed this cars build from the beginning...

A simple "I would change a few things to get you that 250 figure you want" or "Man bring that shit up and i'll hook you up with a sweet tune to pwn that shit out of that 250 figure"....
Not giving anything away there and helpful at the same time for those interested....

Plus a million to this. I've only known michael a very short time but his help has been fantastic and having been around performance cars for over fifteen years now, I can tell you he is one of the best blokes to deal with and who knows his shit inside out.

And coyote I'm sure ppl will still carry on thinking youre a grumpy prick regardless!

Brainy - I don't think it's so much that he doesn't want to share, but I think it's unfair on him and others who have paid for michael's assistance to receive such free advice. In saying this I think you will find even the slightest corrections etc and pointers make a huge difference which I'm sure michael will give out here and there (not meaning to speak on your behalf Michael)
