Ahk, ill give that a go! i have a small sander i could use with some really fine grit paper! Ill give the mini hack a chance and if i end up buying a dremel then so be it!
Send us an update pic when you have had it painted! thatd would be awesome! also, how are you attaching your mesh?

The cost of a dremel addes to the cost of a stock grille & materials will far outway the cost of the sports grille from Subaru lol sikaflex will hold the mesh on, and will do. Probably another week before I sort out painting though :(

On another note, new GT brakes end of this week :)

I can get a dremel for 40 bucks! but i may aswell just use a hack saw! best option i reckon, unless my mechanic at work can suggest otherwise!
