Looking good Crusin. The way you've matched the wheels with smoked lights, lip windows and trim is just perfect . :D
I got this plan. It's called 'Save Ass'. And the way it works is this - I slip outta one of these windows and I run like a bastard!

So.. I've decided that I need bigger brakes for my 2.5i (more than likely go with GT or 3.0 brakes). With that comes colours and new wheels :)

So had a look through the thread at different wheels and there is just way too much choice.
For an idea of what I'm after:
- 19s preferably but can settle for 18s if need be
- Gold powdercoated calipers with black Subaru decals (to match my new black and gold plates on order)
- Black wheels (on black car = ULTIMATE WIN!! However, still undecided whether I want a silver dish or not as it might clash with the gold??? Opinions?)
- There are 2 types of wheels that I really like; 'spokey' designs much like Biaggis & B Spec wheels and also designs much like the BBS CHs

So throw some ideas at me! I'll do a bit of research on your ideas and post pictures when it's all done!!!

In my opinion you need something like a silver dish when you go black on black or you car can sometimes just look like a big black blob. Otherwise gunmetal on black is good too.

I really like the tenzo type m (a few lip colour options) and enkei ekm3 (although they don't come in 19's).

The bbs ch-r looks pretty good in black with a silver lip too.

I haven't looked into if any of these actually fit our cars though.

The Enkei EKM-3 look really good. Limited sizes for Liberty's though. In 18x8 5x100 the only offset available is 40. That won't work.

Hi Everyone, I'm a first time poster. I got Enkei SC22 model wheels 18x8 ET45 $1800 with tyres. 235x40x18. 2006 Liberty 2.5i
They sit perfectly to fill the guards in the front. But needs 10mm spacers on rear to push out to rim.
In the perfect world it would be great if you could buy the 4 of the same wheel style but ET45 on front and ET35 on rear :)

40 offset will rub on your guards, surely?

Thanks.. I'm leaning more towards the Tenzos at the moment. Still undecided on lip colour & gold brakes.. Any photoshop pros care to oblige?

Doyab, the look of your car is inspiring mate. I love the gold wheels on black but don't want to copy you haha so thought that subtle gold touches are the way to go

40 offset is fine in 18x8

i currently have 18x8 +44 or +43 no problem..... at all guards arnt rolled...
a set of wheels 18x8.5 +38 i brought are coming in and there shouldnt be a problem with them too!
