Hey Bennyjs1 - this has been well covered.

The short answer is yes... but you're looking at about $400 for the double din fascia so that you can install your head unit in the Mc space... then the option is to use the HU's internal amp or install an aftermarket one yourself - most people don't bother with using the Mc amp for various reasons.

What functions of the Pioneer head unit do you want?

Bear in mind, all the speaker wiring on a car with a McIntosh system goes to the amp under the seat, it does NOT go to the head unit.
You'd have to run all new speaker wiring from the head unit down to under the passenger seat.

Errr, what Ric & Phan said. Worthwhile if you really like your music/sound but not a simple drop out / drop in process due to the wiring and facia.

Here's one of my old posts regarding what's involved with installing new head unit -> viewtopic.php?f=22&t=3975
