Ahoy fellow Subaru enthusiasts!

Introduce yourself

Ahoy fellow Subaru enthusiasts!

Postby Slothy » Tue Oct 25, 2011 11:38 pm

Greetings all, been lurking around these forums for a while now thought it was time for a formal hello.

Name: Andrew, 21

Car: 2005 Subaru Liberty 3.0R Spec-B.

Location: West End, Brisbane

Interests: Snowboard every year in Japan and love it. I do enjoy my beers and occasionally smashing out some hours on the sexbox360.

Previous Cars: First car was a 92 Gen1 Liberty RS Turbo, which i unfortunately had to sell due to the whole "Driving a high powered vehicle while only currently holding a provisional license." thing (No pictures, sorry :(). Then bought a 1998 Gen2 Liberty rx2.5 Bilstein Edition which i fell in love with and owned up until 6 months ago, when it was written off. That brings me to my current car, the 3.0r.

Gen2

Gen4

I was a bit iffy buying the 3.0r because of the hood scoop and blatant lack of turbo. But it had 50k on the clock and drove like a dream so i was sold.
Feel free to call me a ricer and whatnot :P. Basically intending to stealth it out, put some black 18"s on it, smoke out the tail-lights (if its even legal) and showcase that beautiful H6 sound with an exhaust.

Great car list mate, can never go wrong with either of them :).

there is an EOI for x force exhausts atm going for stupidly cheap, if you wanted to go look at the group buy section.

Thanks all, good to see some liberty enthusiasts! And happy to see the hood scoop hasn't caused too much hate in the community :P. Excellent, ill take a look at those exhausts, its too quiet for its own good at the moment.

You could however make use of the bonnet scoop. Raptor supercharger and TMIC
