Exhaust ECV - Butterfly Valve

Has anyone seen/used 1 of thiese on there exhaust setups?

I'm interested in knowing your thoughts and approx $$$

It's about $200. I ordered one for a friend a while ago and he's happy with it.

It's a butterfly valve with a cable control in the cabin, to adjust the internal flow of the exhaust. Basically it is used to lower exhaust noise, and also to create back pressure.

With a good exhaust they are quiet, with some exhausts they sound loud and terrible.
