Jakey is going to be 21 in a couple of weeks and I'm tossing up on what plates to get him...
They are going to say DOYAB, and be slimline.... But to go white on black or gold on black?
There is also an extra $100 to go gold...
Thoughts??

I've always thought white on black looks classy but then Jake is a fan of the gold with the rims an' all so maybe it's a matter of predicting what does it for him. Since he reads these forums anyway and will see this thread, ask him??

Given his gold fetish, gold on black may be my call.

He knows I'm getting them for him but he doesn't know what to choose! He does want gold brembos... So the plates will compliment them... But I haven't actually seen black and gold plates in person before.

With your car color / wheel color combo, I'd definitely be going black and gold plates.

I wouldnt go gold Brembo's, I'd be going black. with gold Brembo decals.

Ive got a complete set of Brembo's coming soon that can be done this color combo. ;)

Hey mate,

Thanks soo much for your help with the facia i ordered it and it fits perfectly... sorry to be annoying but just wondering how much gl prosound charged you for the install?? and since your more experienced at this stuff than i am, do you know of any other places that can install for a relatively moderate to cheap price ??

thanks =]

Hey there, no problem at all. I can't remember what they charged actually because I got the full install. But I'm sure if u ring up and tell them Jake with the black liberty sent you, they will do the best price they can and will remember what was involved. They may not be overly cheap compared to elsewhere I'm not sure. Just promise u don't go to jbhifi or somewhere like that.
