Ok, after seeing Phat and Trieu's car with coilovers, I'm almost 75% convinced I would not mind getting the coilovers to get the height I want.

I think with most lower springs the fronts will always have a larger gap than the rear, which tends to annoy me than anything else.

And the fact that everyone can attest to how the Tein coilovers still retain a decent ride comfort, which is what I'm looking for, is almost a deal closer.

So with that said, can you look into a set of Tein coilovers for me, Mr. Phat? I would be forever grateful! :D

LOL!! Jim, like they said last night... the boys took two months to convince me of the quality of the Tein's.

You should have taken a ride in mine last night for a full Tein experience.

Next meet bud, won't be too long :) :) Come to the JDM one on Tuesday.

If Michael is still having internet issues, can one of you contact him for me and let him know I want to order a set of coilovers for my BL9? I was hoping Phil would get them first and I would find out how low I can go before the STi front lip gets ripped off after a bump in the road.

After much serious discussion with the woman (she found out), I've decided to just stick with the lowering springs, and have put aside my quest for coilovers for the time being (she threatened to cut off my nut sack if I went ahead with coilovers).

So can Phat or Phil please contact me when the Tein springs are in as I would like them installed as soon as humanly possible (in case she starts to measure my ride height on a daily basis to inspect for change). Thanks.

Michael, any word on the springs? I'm eager because my birthday is coming up in 2 weeks and I was hoping this would be a present for myself.

Well, as happy as i am to hear that Jim's getting his springs soon, I ordered a set from Phat on Sep 28 and have heard nothing. They were supposed to have been 2 weeks away at the time.

I've chased Phat up numerous times, but he hasn't bothered to contact me.

Not impressed at all!

The same day I tried to order a set from him also. Have had exactly the same response....nothing.

I've been having to go through Phil (MY07GT) at the moment as my Phat-Go-Between. Because I have the same problem of Phat not replying to my PM's or emails to his Hotmail account.

I believe Phil said Phat was having some computer issues? I dunno, it's been months now.
