Hi to the whole forum and a big hey to the Mod's that keep this site going!

Picked up my 04 Liberty Premium Pack a few months ago and have finally got round to joining up here.

Hoping to carry out a few modifications shortly

First on the list is coilovers & wheels to come next month. Heres how she looks so far.

Currently OS but will be up for the next Vic event/cruise that comes up. Looking forward to gaining some well needed knowledge. As this is my first Subaru its all pretty new to me.

Thanks Penga. Atm living in the Western Suburbs, but will moving interstate (Perth) in the next 6 months.

Currently i'm looking at Rota DPT's, GForce or Torques? Really like the Gravels too but have seen alot of them around and would prefer to steer clear of having a STI looking wheel on a non-STI (personal preferance) Not sure if the offset on the wheels i've stated is too aggresive they're 8.5 wide but i'm lowering the car aswell and would like a decent stance, at the same time i'd like to steer clear of arch rolling???

Cheers Hamish, will look into it. What is the standard offset/width of the factory rims i have?

Have decided just to lower the car untill i have driven the car interstate. The current tyres are pretty new plus i'll have a spare in the boot too

I'm pretty much 100% that i'll be using KW Variant 2's. Had these on my VW MK3 VR6 and can't speak highly enough about the build and performance i experienced with this particular brand. But if anyone has anymore thoughts on alternatives would be happy to hear them.

Standard rims are 17 x 7 +55.

My STi's are 18 x 8 +48 which is a perfect fit and fills out the arches nicely.

Of course I could be biased, but If you want to see them in action I am not far from the western burbs of Melbourne.

Cheers for the wheel size info Crusin, will most likely be looking for rims that match the STI specs, so as to avoid arch work.
