Nice looking car dude.

Just one thing is bothering me: your buttons underneath the cubby hole - what do they do? Looks like there is no info display section either.
ASCII a stupid question, get a stupid ANSI!

That's the factory satnav, which has the equivalent of the info display built into it.

G'day Lachie,

I was the one who started that thread on your car - it's a good looking beast. The price on it went all over the shop (even rising by a few grand at one stage) but it looks like it is as it was stated in the advert (that is, the prototype).

I tried to have it checked out by a member on here who works for Docklands but I think the VIN I was given had "ones" and "I"s and "zeros" and "O"s confused such that the VIN didn't appear on their database. Some more careful research, though, should dig up the real truth for you.

As to mods, if it really is the prototype, then I wonder if making changes to it would be a good idea - if you want it to become a collector's car, then it really needs to stay original in my mind.

All the same, enjoy it as I'm sure you will.

cheers,

bj
