Hmm... that was when Clipsal was on wasn't it? Yeah.. that was more than likely me... I live just off the Parade and was out & about a lot that day.. so It sounds about right :-)

My care used to be pretty easy to spot because of the body kit but I've started to notice a few more around with the same kit lately. There were always HEAPS around my work area too because I was walking distance from the temporary Jarvis Subaru service centre (convenient!) but they've moved back to West Terrace now into their flashy new building.

A few times now I've seen a really nice looking black Pre-facelift 4GEN GT with aftermarket wheels around the Port Adelaide area, female driver. Specifically, saw it tonight near Coles. Looks bloody nice!

Spotted a black 04-06 GT with after market 5-spoke rims pulled over on Pulteney Street near Rundle Street last night (sat 2/4)... car was looking very low in the rear... hopefully the cops didn't have a field trip on it...

Yeah that was the weekend of the Clipsal, so sounds like it quite possibly could have been you. I'm around that area a lot as well, despite living in Gawler. You're right though, i hadn't seen many at all with those kits but just recently they're popping up everywhere! Very convenient having the Subaru Service Centre there, but unlucky it's changed locations!

Was it a B4 or just an RX?.. could've been Tom if it was a B4, although he doesn't have 9000k HID's.

The lights looked violet blue! And pretty much lit up the road. The rims were from a normal rx liberty so yeh Unfortunately not a b4
