Best way get turbo flutter is all stainless intake piping with a good bov, best way to get induction noise is pod filter.
Built not bought, it's a way of life.

If you want flutter, remove the BOV, block off the hole in the IC with a plate, block off BOV lines and enjoy your flutter.

I am just looking for a way for my liberty to sound a bit more meaty! I don't want exhausts or anything but maybe something else just not sure what the options are

turbo flutter is bad for your turbo! ur turbo will fail just like mine did in my S14 200sx!
but if u wanna risk it, take off the vacuum hose that connects onto ur blow off valve and block it with a screw, don't forget 2 block blow off valve also, (where the hose connects to it, simple!
now 4 the intake noise, just buy a pod, u'll need 2 take out the airbox and hold the pod in place with sum kind of support 2 the chassis, the sound is f####n awesome tho,
but keep in mind both these mods are illegal in most states! pod filter is a canary magnet!

I remembered this post of yours from ages back. had to dig it up but I remembered it.

You say stuff like that, then you want a turbo flutter?

Buy a decent set of quad tip mufflers (The STi cans are not a decent set IMO) like the PHAT quads or the TCP quads, keep everything else stock.
Then you have something that looks decent, sounds good, is legal and doesn't make you look like you're driving a "wog box"

If you want a little more, HKS panel filter with resonator bottle removed is as good as you are going to get without going against your comment I have just quoted.
If you go the pod filter route, it won't just be you hearing the intake sound like it would be with the panel filter, it will be people in the cars next to you, people walking nearby etc etc.

bro, maybe he changed his mind so that's why he wants the turbo flutter now?
if u got the cash, then just experiment with what you want, buy a pod filter or panel filter, then sell whatever you dont like.
as for turbo flutter, u don't need 2 take out blow off valve, just block vacuum hose, if u dont like that, just unblock it + reconnect vacuum hose

To be honest I dont 100% know what I want, before the liberty I had a 1994 Supra and a 2004 Wrx which on both I had the whole BOV and exhuast etc but I am now working in Real Estate so cant turn up to appointments with a loud exhuast and BOVs big rims etc and as I am new to liberty's I wanted to see what everyone else's thoughts were.

The liberty is just so quiet so I was hoping there was a way to make it sound alittle better when I want to give it but not sound like anything has been done to it when I am working.
I just need some ideas, but I like the sound of

The last thing I want to do is turn my Liberty into "WOG BOX" trust me

Why not try a panel filter and resorectomy. Increases induction and BOV noise slightly and for around $70 not too expensive to throw out if you don't like it. Just the panel filter alone gave me some cheap thrills.

+1.

You can hear the induction in the car with this mod, but not over the top.
