Well being a Forester rim Id assume they have a +48 offset?

You can get JDM 17" versions of this rim that clear Brembo's so Id assume they would (* note, "assume"). They wouldnt make an entirly new rim, just use excess stock from Japan to create this S edition, like most car companies.

Prefer pre facelift but would also take post facelift.

A fellow from Sydney has a set up in the for sale forum. He quotes his as being 17x7 +48. If the spokes are the same size as the 18's I think the 17's would have a mm or two more clearance over the brakes.

Being only 7" wide though limits your choice for wide rubber :s
