Two emails and a phone call to Hyperflow netted a nice price on a TMIC. The fit and finish is top notch, with every oem piece fitting back in place with only a couple of minor adjustments needed. Didnt even need to trim the engine cover at all.

Also changed the door courtesy lenses to JDM clear ones and replaced all interior lights with LEDS.

How much for the TMIC from Hyperflow? Is the engine cover blocking that last row of fins or they all fit in?

Notice much difference without a tune Mark?

Lucked in on the last IC left on a group buy from somewhere. $750 to my door.

No rows at all covered. All cooling area totally uncovered. Havent driven it since fitting, just started it. It definitely sounds different when revved. It'll be tuned after dump goes on.

When you say it sounds different, what kind of different?

The intake sounds louder, more throaty, when revved.

Cheers Anthony. :D

Cruisn, are you sure those rims clear brembos? I remember Clarence had a set in the same offset/width and they didn't clear.. Or I could be wrong.

Great work on the brembos, I also painted mine silver last year, although mine have now copped a bit of damage since (brake fluid eating through paint and what not).

Great stuff.

From what Ive learnt recently (2 days ago), they need a 3mm spacer to clear.

This isnt a concern really as I bought them to sell anyway, if they did fit Id put them on for a while to see, but im after a set of tuned by 18's anyway.

Im checking out a set of tuned by 18's today, but in silver. If I do get them, I may have to repaint the Brembo's black as it'll just be too much silver. :(

Picked up some hitchhikers on the way to work. :D

18 x 8 +48 JDM goodness. In need of a good clean, with a few small marks but still deciding if I'll redo them charcoal yet.

Also got an as new T145/70/17 spacesaver to suit.

Trial fitment......

Black or silver calipers? I'm keeping the rims this color I reckon. Black calipers would get silver decals. Thing is the clear reacted poorly with the paint. I have to repaint anyway.

I personally think the Brembo's look best in white in those pics.

The car is looking awesome and clean Mark. Much different to when I saw it last year.

Go the silver, i think it looks much better and the contrast sets it off really well.
