Maybe it's what you were going for...I'm not sure, but everyone in the background looks like they are drawn by hand.
Like I can see the two foreground people look a little cartoonish, but the other people it's just a bit too much. Looks like it would be more suited in a comic book.
Still a great photo don't get me wrong!

That photo was entirely lit by three flashes and there has been no manipulation ("cartoonifying") done digitally by the computer.

And I think what you're referring to is three-dimensionality, in which a rim light causes a highlight on an object to show the light wraparound.

24-105? Surely they could have used a better option. I won't sleep on anything less than an EF 200 f/2 IS or EF 400 f/2.8 IS II

Dredging up an old photo, but I blame Ric.

Clarence do you recall what kind of focal length that image was taken at, and what the rough distance to the subjects was? I find the perspective of the various elements in the photo interesting. (floor, shadows, ceiling lines, subjects). I'm guessing it was a moderately wide angle?

Once a photographer takes a photo like this, he'll spend the rest of his life trying to take another as good ;)

Hey I'm thinking of getting a camera and looking at a cannon 550D and 600D i think there the two
Anyway my questions is whats the benefits in the 600D over the 550D?
My understanding is possible difference lenses as my friend had said.. is that right ?
but there's only $100 cost difference looking at $749 and $849.
or what else is better ?
I have used a 550D a little so know a little abit about them plus have carried one home after a party on a 5kms walk so have respect that it still works :S
Thank you for your advice :)
