I'm trying to take off my door trim I removed the little rectangular panel behind the chrome doorhandle and lock but now I'm stuck.

I remember my passenger side door was particularly tough to get off. From memory, it was just a matter of (and yes, this sounds a bit Borat-ish) of gripping and pulling and twisting.

Yakshemash. I like you, you like me?

I like sex. Is nice.

Best way I found was to get a small flat head screw driver with a cloth wrapped around it, and put it into the join at the top of that handle. Then lever up slightly with the screw driver while pulling with the other hand.
