Its Claremont Tyrepower. They have Bilstein struts and springs too.

yeah ive been looking at them however they want too much with a decent set of rubber on them.
and im not after brand new, second hand will do me just fine.

So you need rubber as well. You can always buy the rims and then just buy whatever tyres you want.
$500 is a pretty good deal.
