Hi gang,

Im Nghia, though i use Neil since people cant pronounce my name and im from SE melb. Just a small into to ma self im rather new to OEM cars as other cars ive had are all imports etc. in my early days ive had an R32 gts-t with hks 2530 and no support mods. that car spun a bottom end bearing and was promptly sold. next car was a daily corolla AE92, nothing special. final car was a series 2 jzx100 Chaser. Was/is a nice car for what it is, it had fully worked suspension and support mods ready for a tubro ugrade,

till this happened.... FUFUFUFUFU!

so.... i thought fudge it ill give this liberty thing a go. i found me a rather cheapish 2004 3.0R with 85 on the clock in full grandaddeh spec trim. pimping.
the car was mint, had all logs, paint was still good with one blemish but who gives a shit, and other freebies like reverse sensors and blue tooth, the preivous owner also fitted Re001's on the car for me too, not know what they were haha (score!)

Image

im an impulsive buyer and abit of a brand whore, especially favoring HKS so i hit up yahoo japan and my jap agent and 5 days later this was in my room:

which contained these goodies:

and...

and finally.... BAM!

thanks mate!

looking at blitz or similar throttle controller at the moment. spoken to Tek about it at the skidpan event and he said get a chhunne and get the throttle map altered then, but my chune wont be for a while as i need to get other stuff done first... so prob just a bandaid solution.

also looking at a Minez shift plate to correct the triptronic's + - (swap them around, seriously, why is gear up push up and downshift pull down...)

Does the Mines shift plate also swap the electronics around? Or is it just cosmetic changeover of the + and -? If the former that's pretty cool, I'd agree down should be shift up.

it replaces the standard cover to a carbon fibre cover and comes with a harness to swap the shifters over:
