Very nice, love the look and drive of the evo 10. Needs your plates on asap.

Are you going to go dark wheels again?

I really hated the new look Lancer's until I saw how good the EVO looked with the body kit. It makes SUCH a difference!

Nice Jimmy!

Not sure if you guys are interested or not... But I'm a tad bored at work, so I thought I'd update my thread! :)

The X is progressing nicely... I got tired of the lame factory stereo, so bought this Pioneer unit along with a facia and s/wheel control adapter... Wish I'd done it in the Lib now as it's a huge improvement!!
Image

I fitted it up the following weekend... Was way easier than I expected it to be! Very happy!
Image

Side mounted the front number plate and painted the Mitsi badge black to give it a bit more of an aggressive look from the front!... Washed on the weekend and took a few fresh pics:

All in all, I am loving the car... Soo much fun! I have a set of HSD coilovers sitting in the garage waiting to be put in on Sunday as well... so these will serve as the 'before' photos... and the car will have a much better stance after the weekend! :D

Cheers guys... I hope you don't mind my occasional updates!

Nice Jimmy.

Are there any decent looking aftermarket tail lights available? The only thing I don't like about your Evo is the tail lights, too much red for me.

Cheers guys... Love the car!

Ralliart Taillights are the upgrade of choice... Cost about $500 delivered from the states, and are definitely happening at some stage soon!(comparison left - ralliart to right - stockers)

Wheels are definitely on the cards! You know me too well! hahah...

Couple of options I'm considering at the moment...

Rota SVN in 18 x 10...

Image

or, probably leading the race is Varrstoen 2.2.2 19 x 9.5 +12(in Black)

Cheers dudes... Yeah the side mount plate improves the front end a lot imo! :)

I've got privacy glass on the back half of the car which is quite dark, but I will probably try and colour match the front's leading into summer some time!

The Varrstoen are definitely leading the race... in either the TE37 style or CE28 style:

OK... Coilovers went in over the weekend!... Sensational!! The ride is as comfy if not comfier than stock and I haven't even adjusted the dampening yet! Very happy!

It's also rather low at the front, so much so that the undertray is just touching on my kerb/driveway!... The rear can come down a touch though, which should bring the front angle up a little which may be enough to fix this!

Anyway... Couple of pics of the new stance:

Also, due to an unforeseen sequence of events... I have been offered the opportunity to pick up a new exhaust at a good price, so I've pushed it up the priority list and now have a TurboXS cat-back on the way! Thanks to Troy from PSR!

Should be on in the next few weeks once it arrives!... NOISE!
