Ah, bugger. I should have paid better attention. Sorry, neither myself or DeMobBoss (unless he has a 2.5 as well) can help you there.

Sorry again.

That looks good for a starting point

With some freeing up of the exhaust and some cooling you are likely to see a very steep power curve, the flat section at the top will straighten out and move to the left just nicely

The pressure is good, certainly enough for now at 7.5 psi, not sure why Steves was 5.1 and this one 7.5 since the components of the kit are identical, the pressure measurement devices are different tho.

If the H6 is like the EJ25 the exhaust manifold and cats will pretty much put a lid on gains until the choke point is released.

Having gained a new tuner for the kits has been a bonus!! See how the tune holds up over the coming weeks

West

I supplied them both with a low boost pulley and then expecting to have to go higher - seems no need to change to smaller pulley

What wheel power was achieved on the first car West?

Remember this second car has factory ex manifold system which only going to go so far

I am ok with the figures from both cars, it's just a starting point and with optimization of exhausts and intercoolers everything will progress

The main focus at this moment is engines in one piece only, sky high power is second on the list and while the actual Dyno figure was higher than on the published Dyno sheet that tuner wanted to send it out as safe as possible. That is for that car and that situation, I assume same for first car tuned also

Well done....good result and knowing Hpf a pretty safe tune.
Very low reading dyno.
Standard wrx 125-130 atw
h6 130 atw

nice gain all we need now is...less restriction and cooler air flow! hint hint...
Need servicing/mods after hours at half the price? and free tune touch-ups, Pm Me! Sharpie, x-Sti Melb Foreman.

I remember when we first started tuning V6 Holdens, it seemed 240hp atw seemed about it, 4 years on with no hardware change in the charger kit and now 280hp is the base figure, all the extra came from exhaust system improvement, adding intercooler added even more

It's all early days and it would seem the 61mm pulley is just right for the job

dunno, the concensus I've heard from a number of sources is that the OEM header design for the Gen 4 H6 is optimised pretty well. That is for an NA application so there may be a chance that it could be improved for a SC application. Cat back, size and restrictions (cats, resonator and mufflers) could be improve though I expect.

Can we have a list of all companies which supply exhaust systems and extractors to suit H6

I know I WISH had a system from Japan

List system brand, cost and country of manufacture if possible

Also PWR contacted me about getting this intercooler done ...... great to have interest like that
