MY07 Liberty Premium 2.5 - VDC / CEL solid + Cruise flashing

Hello,
Writing this on my phone so apologies for lack of detail. This long weekend we took the car on a family outing of 600km. About 150km from home the CEL and VDC are solidly lit and Cruise is flashing.

Any ideas? I took a quick look on my phone and have tried the gas cap trick. On my 600rr there is a way to put the ecu in to a diagnostic mode and you count flashes which equal an error code. Can this be done, if so how.

This car to do date has been quite annoying, hoping for simple fix as it is a great family car.

Currently got no traction or cruise.

I believe it could be a sensor, nothing obvious is broken.

Allright, got home and something is wrong with the car.

Took the battery out for a bit trying to reset the code. This did not help but the car really struggles to maintain idle.

Any thoughts, I am thinking an air leak or an O2 sensor.

Any help appreciated.
