Gloss black looks nice. Matte just looks dirty/covered in brake dust.

gloss black is the go as is easy to clean with a bit of a high pressure and looks 100x better

Or get em painted silver - stands out a bit more than black, but still doesn't draw too much attention to them.

I was thinking blue at one stage, same as the Golf R32 calipers.

Yeah those do look pretty sweet.

I was trying to think of a colour for the GT brakes to go with the satin white paint, but couldn't think of anything.
I'll probably just go gloss black.

Kieran are your calipers zinc coated from factory? They are a shiny silver sort of finish. I noticed this must be for post facelift ones only as mine are just a matte steel finish.

To be honest I'm not quite sure, I'll take a closer look on the weekend.

Sorry about the crap pics, I took 'em from the phone.
They don't stand out at all but they look clean.

I put some cheap decals on after doing the second coat then did 2 more coats of the Silver and a clear coat.
Just an idea :D
