I believe it's in the tank, it was on the older lib's/legacy's.
Could be an inline also...
Anyone confirm?

I can say a MY04 GT is in the tank. I got a reminder last time because I filled up before i got the car serviced and they didn't want to replace it till I had about half a tank.

In-tank and under the back seat.. if it's like the B4 at all..

you have to pull out the bottom cushion to get to it.

- Save yourself $120 and get the filter from Auto-One as an aftermarket jobby, for $30.00 rather than $150 from Subaru for the exact same filter..
Back to Subaru again.. think I would have learnt my lesson the first time round!

Mate it would be a cold day in hell before I let some little apprentice at Subaru touch any of my cars :)

But yep, I sourced it and provided my mech with it.. He didn't believe me that I found a filter so cheap for it, when he saw it he couldn't believe how perfect in build and quality it was, it was basically identical to Subaru oem.. Think about it, how many factories actually make filters? They are all made at the same place, just with a different price tag!

And GO YOU SAAAAAAINTS!!!!

Cheers
Brendan
