I have sold close to 10 sets of rims .... None bought through Phat GT.
So your 18 * 7.5 are only made in +55 then.

2008 TB STI wheels came in 18x7.5 +55.

There was a very limited run of 06/07 TB STI 18x8 +48 pcd 5x100, they only came in silver and gold. These wheels were only sold by STI Japan and I believe Phat GT was the only Australian reseller allowed to buy them, only 2 sets have been sold in Australia………. Hope that helps

Nice looking rims Dave.

What is the profile on those tyres, looks a little bit bigger than what you would normally see....but maybe it's just a bad angle on the 2nd photo.

Here are some HR-472 Gloss Black with diamond tip polished face in 19x8 +45 offset with 225 Kuhmo KU-31. All four fitted with centre caps for under $2000.00

Brembo's, you ask? Well it's a daily drive and not going to the track, so don't know as it was not part of my spec!

Well, as you can see from the pics, there was a little bit of guard rolling to do and some camber adjustment. Should all be completed by Monday evening, 21 Mar. Then I can really start to enjoy my wheels and tyres! Now where are the nearest twisties..............

Got the guards rolled today and it make such a difference.

Lesson Learned. Trial fit the wheels and tyres before driving away! I thought the +45 offset would be ok without rolling. That was the advice from MSWT, but the reality is they assumed I had standard suspension. Not sure even with standard that 19x8 will fit. To their credit, MSWT also explained that the Kumho Tyres (225) are a "wider" profile compared to other brands, but still not convinced. Diligence was lacking on both sides, I should have done the calculations more diligently, but in any case, trial fit prior to purchase is today's lesson.

So 19x8 rims with +45 offset and Kumho KU31 ECSTA SPT 225/35 R19 88Y tyres and they would not fit the 3.0R without rolling.

All good now though, thanks to Gavin at LowDown (see dedicated thread for Guard Rolling).

Man, those wheels look good! :D
