K & N Intake or Blitz carbon suction intake kit ???

hey guys,
currently looking for a decent intake kit for my my06 Subaru liberty 3.0R-B.
im having trouble with picking which intake kit would be the best for the car?
its either the K&N Intake or the Blitz carbon. do you guys have any recommendations that you would suggest?

Blitz carbon comes with a carbon enclosure which also includes the intake

The Blitz is worth alot more coin too....speak to Phat GT

Costs heaps more, but can't tell you how many times that enclosure's saved me from a defect ticket when the police do an engine inspection. Sure, you can get any intake and get the AVO or HKS enclosure for cheaper, but nothing has the bling bling factor of the Blitz carbon cover.
