Are those AME wheels? I've always been a fan. Not the gold colour of course, so it's good to see you getting them charcoaled. However for me, I've always preferred my large spoke wheels with studs on a more square/boxy car. So they would just be 'ok' IMO for a Liberty. You should turn heads regardless because of the large size though. :D

not my cup of tea but our opinion really shouldn't count - it's not our car, it's YOURS. the decision is yours and if people in here or anywhere else don't like it, stuff them, it's not their car

Bit too "Leb-Spec" for me in the gold... but do them in black/charcoal and I think they'd be much better! also not sure about the whitewall tyres...

They really do look f**ken terrible in both gold and charcoal, way too leb spec, but if you do get them make sure you throw on a set of super low king springs to really set it off. The gen 4 Lib is a sleek, simple car that needs a wheel that is a simple, clean design in my opinion. Personally, I wouldn't go over 18's on the gen 4, anything bigger just doesn't suit the lines of the car. But thats just my taste. At the end of the day it is your car and your money.

I would keep looking mate, no point buying them just because they are for sale.

i think they look absolutely SHIT in gold aswell, but thought to get them sprayed in charcoal they might be a bit different and maybe half decent. the main reason that i actually put them on was to see if they scrub and fit properly. i had already lowered the car and i don't know if people know but i actually put a post up about fitment of the rims a while ago because they didn't fit at all but with some good feed back it was all because of tire size... i had to go down to a 30 series 215 instead of 35 225 tire. but all input and opinions is great. to be honest the rims are sold and someone from canberra is picking them up on the weekend from what iv been told.

You dodged a bullet right there.
Now that they are no longer available to you, I can tell you I hate those rims and I would laugh at anyone who put them on their car.

I should clarify I mean in the gold colour, I'm sure they would suit some cars in other colours....but never a GEN IV Liberty.
