Nice details Todda. I just measured from the bottom of the rim to guard (front) and it was exactly 590mm (rear was 560mm - but that guard obviously is cut in lower anyway).

Ah well, looks like the heavier engine sits you about another 1cm lower at the front. Thanks for the info.....probably saved me some money and headaches.

It would bring the back up 3/8" (approx 9mm) and flatten it out.

also mine may appear to sit lower as mine came standard with 18 inch wheels , so that would also lessen the gap between the tyre and the guard
i think once you put ur bigger wheels on it will fill the guards in alot better
