As a lawyer, I am very concerned with the fact that you are bringing this into a 'legal and risky affair?'

From a legal standpoint, you have noted that you are a private entity and a faithful customer so by definition at large so is Jim with the comments that he made above, as he is also speaking from experience. Everyone has a right to an opinion on something, this is a forum where people speak their minds, etc. I don't see any comments above that are 'legally and risky' and trust me, I am the most qualified person on this forum that can determine the 'legality'of such things!

Excellent, its settled then... Thanks, I was a little worried about what sort of storm in a tea cup I had just started thru stating my observations after Smythie's backlash :lol: :phew:
That said I did read about something similar to this get ugly in the courts in the UK a while back hence I felt compelled to note caution, "product defamation" is no joke, if taken seriously, you surely know this...
