Hid's flickering help

Hey guys just wondering my hid is flickering a little bit what could be the problem

3.0L H6, Vin Tune, Phat Quads stainless steel 3" pipes, 6sp, Bilstein Front and Rear, 18" wheels with 215/45 R18 89W tyres, Tint, Hid headlights and Foglights with full LED conversion

non stop flickering or just every now and then.
Check for loose wires, specifically at the fuse on the positive wire / not contacting on the battery (if you are running a relay kit)
