MUST HAVE STANDARD SUBARU SAT NAV!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have been searching drive/carpoint/carsales/ ect ect ect 10 times a day have not really found one i want.
IM READY TO BUY NOW AND HAVE DONE ALL MY RESEARCH ON WHAT I AM BUYING.
if you know of one or are the owner 1 condition of sale will be me (and yoruself if needed) taking the car to rigoli brothers for a full car inspection and possible dyno (AT MY EXPENSE) for any motor/turbo/handling issues...

Welcome mate, quick question, are you under the 'affluence of incohol' at the moment?

I wouldn't post my phone number in a public domain like this.
Also if you are planning on purchasing any time this year, your expectations are pretty high and maybe unrealistic if you do want to purchase in the near future.
I have noticed a few people are trying to snap up the post facelift (07 onwards) GT's lately.

Your best bet is to just keep trawling the carsales websites, and keep a look out on these forums plus the other Aus liberty forums.

Also if you do find a car you like, try not to get attached to it and keep an open mind on other cars if you can, you might end up picking up a lemon/thrashed car if you don't get it properly checked out.
I have noticed a lot of the people who sell the GT's like to revert them back to stock, so try and keep an eye out for any mods that might have been done etc.

Off topic....

Most people revert their cars back to stock because the parts are worth more off the car than sold with, not because they've been modded to within an inch of their life.... e.g. I could get a bunch of cash for my Phat quads by themselves, more than I could if I sold them with my car....

But clearly this guy wants an immaculate car, probably not interested in something that has been modded. And I'm just warning him about the reverted back to stocks is all. People can do what they want when they sell their cars, just buyers need to know what to look out for.

firstly relax, breath and TRY understand what i am trying to do.
i may have high epectations but i have some time on my hand to find the right gt for me.

i know what i want but u am more then flexable on most of my requests.
the rigolo brothers in croydon are the number 1 subaru specialists with a perfect reputation so when i find the car i want i will let them make the final judgement on the vechile.

i will pay the money to know exactly whats going on with the car via the dyno tuned and inspection.
any seller refusing me to do so obvously has something to hide and theirfore will not sucker me in.

now i have listed 6 different cars im looking for so unless your UNDER THE INFLUENCE maybe you can see that my search is not so narrow....

2007 gt my07 spec b
2007 gt my08 spec b
2007 gt tuned my sti
2008 gt my08 spec b
2008 gt my09 spec b
2008 gt tuned by sti



FOR EXAMPLE i might find the perfect 07 gt my08 automatic low kms that doesnt have the sat nav and score the car for say $28000 where my budject may be 36000 so i can then goto subaru and install the sat nav for the extremly overpriced figure of 2500 which still is within my budget.
or i might find a 2008 gt spec b my 09 thats is 35000 and is perfect as is.....

anyway guys let me thank you for your help please keep doing a good job like you have been and if you can help me im all ears.
i dont think there is a better way to get where im trying to get without you and all your members advice.

guys can i just tell you what i want to do from here on out in here and get you to point me in the right direcion please?
wishlist:
* 19/20inch wheels (tempe tyres got that sorted)
* reverse camera + reverse sensors
* gps system to replace the flip lid storage unit above the clock
* blow off valvue
* beefer sounding exaust
* mobile car kit
* aux port for my ipod
* dvd player and head rest screens for the kids

possible things i may need to do or need (advice please)

* turbo timer?
* visit to rigoli brothers villawood.

Irish, I think Steve already told you this in the other thread.

If you are wanting an aftermarket blow off valve for sound only, you are going to be disappointed putting one in an Auto.
Your insurance company may not approve of a turbo timer either, so if you are going to get one make sure you will be covered by insurance, otherwise if your car gets stolen you will not get any money.
