Postby bert_ » Fri Oct 08, 2010 3:40 pm

hey guys, my names Robert, im 21 and im new to this forum and hope to meet some of you guys and learn some new things.

i recently sold my skyline R32 sedan and now in the search for a liberty premium GT.

hope to come to some meets (if there are any)

so before i buy a liberty, what are the general or most common issues with them?
(liberty premium GT 2004 auto or manual) ive done some research and am aware that there is a little more power/torque to the manual version but that doesnt concern me much.

thanks guys!

If you're planning to mod. stay away from Fairfield East. You'll go broke.

ahah yeh i got a few plans for it, but not too soon. hopefully the following

3" turbo back
HKS mushroom intake (already have one just need new air element)
apexi turbo timer (also have one already)
bigger top mount/front mount (trying to decide which one to go, any tips?)
set of coil overs for a nice ride height
set 18xf8/r9 with decent offset i want a little poke. not too much :)

i hope i didnt get ripped off for this liberty.

so ive picked up the liberty! im loving it!

compared to my skyline, its alot more stable and doesnt bounce on every little bump (but this might change once i get coils?) in terms of power it picks up speed super fast but i cant feel the pull i did in my skyline. the liberty tends to stick to the road more where as my skyline would just slide every where (on rainy days).

ill post pictures once i get the time to take them! but for now.
