But it's not fully out of focus, kinda of looks like a mistake in the depth of field to me.

The only thing I am drawn to is drawn to posting that your third picture is not good.
The other two however are very good.

I don't mind it at all. Maybe a little less contrast in the out of focus water but otherwise a nice abstract photo.

I was going to take part in the Canon Photo 5 competition thing, but the registration process somehow screwed up. Now I can only enter in the open brief, so here is a photo that i wanted to enter for the "Eye Dropper" one. Didn't use an eye dropper, but it does include water drops.

You guys are a bad influence when it comes to cars, or anything else that sucks up money.

I just sold my Lumix LX3 after only 6 months and am about to buy a Canon 500D.

It's a nice photo Clarence, but I think the background flashes ruin it.
Maybe it's what you were going for...I'm not sure, but everyone in the background looks like they are drawn by hand.
Like I can see the two foreground people look a little cartoonish, but the other people it's just a bit too much. Looks like it would be more suited in a comic book.
Still a great photo don't get me wrong!
