Where can I get a Brand newTypoon filter with K&N air filter nearby Sydneys North Shore??

I have a Liberty GY MY04.

Thanks,

recommend that you avoid the wet type filter like the K&N for our cars as the flow sensor is relatively close to the filter.

Hi All,

Just registered here doing some research on buying either a MY04-MY06 GT, or a MY04-MY06 3.0R and have a few questions - more so to do with the GT.
How does having the air-con on in the GT affect its performance? I know I will be test driving one as soon as I can to try it myself - bit busy now at work. Work always seems to be getting in the way of things :(
I will be looking at getting an auto - for my wife to drive as well. No mods will be done. My driving habits are pretty calm...my days of hooning are well passed. However having said that...would be nice in the summer to plant my foot down without having to switch off the air con.

At the moment I'm driving an old 2.4l Bluebird (strange shaped model) and it's ok until the air con gets switched on. My wife drives a Magna VRX and no issues with the air con and that's when I thought about comparing the GT to the 3.0R in terms of how the air con affects the performance. I drove a Corolla rental car (about 4 years ago) which had a 1.8l engine and that went ok with the air con. So I am comparing a 15 year old car to something alot newer and hoping the GT will still perform with air con on.

Had a quick look around the forum here and couldn't see if this has been raised before.

Thanks for any advice.

I drive with air con on 99% of the time and it's not an issue (MY04 Auto).

C'mon Arith, no one here does that. So, how's your car going after the last tune you had?

Feels great Kev! The car finally feels optimised in power in comparison to the mods! Any new pics of your car? You've made so many changes since I last saw it!
