180 KMH, Drunk, no jail and no fine.

Nearly everything is in here to start with.
If it's about your car, or Subaru's in general, put it in "Subaru Chat".

Seriously, I just paid $211 for doing 108 on a motorway where the limit was always 100 since the road was built but apparently is now 90 and this kid gets away with $76 and a 2 year suspension?

I have to agree with most of the comments on the story, if she were a 19 year old male, he would be in the slammer.

That is infuriating. Being a male P plater that makes me so freaking angry, especially because the cops have blamed me multiple times for things i haven't even done.

I'm soooo pregnant as of now. Didn't know that was an excuse!

On a serious note though - the woman was depressed. Her lawyer must've put up a strong case to get away with that outcome. Not even a fine. And I get fined for parking 34-minutes in a 30-min zone...

The big question on this topic though is: Did she cross over any double lines?

Errrrr dude, I don't think that is a reversible procedure, I could be wrong but I am pretty sure.

Back on topic, if it was reported that she was spaced out or zoned out or whatever the I would be a bit more sympathetic, I mean the girl just lost her dad AND her BF but she was on her way to a nightclub with a friend!!!!! whats with that.

I have the most aweful mental image of a surgery room with the nurse handing the surgeon some bulldog clips.
