Katie (my partner) was coming home from woolies and halfway across the intersection and a chick proceeded to plow into the side of the liberty at 60k, luckily my girlfriend narrowly avoided a pole which she was pushed into the path of and was forced to stop on the wrong side of the road. front bumper was re-sprayed not 3 weeks ago which now has a small chunk out of it, front quarter is rooted, side skirt, front door, rear door but no damage to rear quarter panel. The Subi is now at the assessors so we'll find out what the damage is in the morning, I've yet to pay for the car, my boss still owns it (we were suppose to do all the change of ownership today, but were too busy)

Hey guys,

Again thankyou for all your support during this crap time for my partner and myself, unfortunate situations happen to the best of us. The end of this chapter is due to the current circumstances we have decided to withdraw from purchasing the liberty off my boss (at his recommendation, very supportive guy) as it was still owned by him and we had never finalised the sale. But the story of a liberty for Kimos is not over yet, we will be purchasing another one, the question is now how much can we budget and what generation do we adopt

I have been looking around for a direct replacement but have yet to find one, so we will take a few steps back and re evaluate our budget, as we are both under 25 a turbo model is out of the question for now, however some fun can still be had

Any suggestions?
I love the look of the gen 3 wagon and the practicality of them, yet also I am fascinated by the versatility of what you can do to the gen 4 sedans. I have a similar philosophy to Arith when it comes to modding.

I mod because I'm not happy with something, and not to be different or for the sake of it. If I'm not happy with something,
I'll mod it to something else

What is the difference between the various year models of the gen 4's? I have seen the term "pre-facelift" and "post-facelift" thrown around but still don't understand what is being said. Could someone post a pic of both so I can distinguish the difference? I am so open to suggestion when it comes to this, after driving a liberty for a short time and feeling how fast it has grown on me I know I have found my niche car.

I love the idea of a rexy and by no means do I intend offence when I say this but I feel the liberty is slightly more 'refined'
