Are you planning to ride with stock suspension with springs? Or coilovers which probably wont help on long trips? Or bilsteins with springs? How much you want to spend?

dont go stupid low, ive done it before and its not fun. you cant hit a bump or anythign without feeling liek you have just hit a speed bump at 100ks an hour. there is a nice hight that alot of owners on here have achieved which im not sure of the exact mesurements but i love the look of

45mm rear 40mm front tein springs. Rear links are solid front and rear sway bars and end links. Urethane lower control arm bushes. Front and rear strut braces. Ride is good except on really bumpy roads and as j1c2m3 said some bumps give of a mighty bang.

Atleast to the bumpstops in the rear.
And the front's, so when you wind the lower coilover bracket down, its 5mm from the CV boot.

Low but still reasonably practical.

worth noting that I am using coilovers and the ride is more comfortable than any aftermarket spring with the stock shocks
