Welcome mate 
All you need to do is buy one
They are pretty bullet proof cars over all... Just make sure that you get it all checked out prior to purchase & you should have no dramas.
Oh, & then we'll be able to help you to mod the hell out of it

haha thanks for the welcome.
no mods planned yet as it will be an daily, but i guess it wont be long till the mod bug gets me.
do have one question though, been looking through some of the STI tuned, some have brembo and some dont. did they came stock? or an optional extra

MY07 onwards had them, not sure about before that though as I never looked at those cars when I was buying.

MY07 + TB STI models came standard with the Brembos.
The MY06 TB STI did not.
The MY06 TB STI did not.
