Is possible fit 07 GT auto shift pedal to 04 GT auto

does anyone done it or know is it possible to fit the 07 GT auto shift pedal behind the steering wheel to 04 GT auto... does it fit ???

I don't see why not, after all it's just a voltage contact trigger to change gears. Just need to connect up (probably) two wires.
