I paid $20 for a set of black mats from AutoOne for my '07. (Well, $19.99 actually). They lasted very well until the car flooded.

So this time I bought a set of... black mats from AutoOne for $19.99.

Honestly, the $160-180 for a set is damn overpriced. They are just like any car mat that you can buy at Autobarn n stuff, only difference is that they fit perfectly and have a Subaru Badge on the two front mats.

Also it does not include the hump mat. Just footwell mats

the jdm matts are alot better then anything they sell here in auto spare stores

There is value in a set of mats that fit well and have the Subaru badge on them. More value than a set of cheap arse generic mats that don't fit well (particualrly the most important one - the driver's). When I was looking 18 months ago I couldn't find anything under $50. Sub $200 for genuine Subaru I think is decent value. YMMV

Pretty sure the hump is there,It is whatever is included in the set.

Yeah I look at these mates and they are OK.

However I am not keen on the one piece mat for the back.

Honestly its pretty good value... If they were charging like $100 a mat, id be like WTF, but $50 a mat, comon, you cant get much better... If they are like mine, they are good quality, have rubber spikes on the bottom to stop slipping/sliding, have a metal subaru badge on both the front mats, and has the ring on the drivers side. If I didnt already have mine, id be more than happy to pay $200 for a genuine set...

Speaking of mats, anyone know how much the sedan boot mats retail for?

FYI i purchased a set for my dads, VW Tiguan.

This seller is based in Melbourne and provides good service. You can even pick up from the seller and save on delivery cost.
HOWEVER they are fairly thin material and the drivers one will not last long (about a year) maybe its just ours.
Easy to create a hole under the hill as your foot rubs there all the time.
Otherwise great fit all around and has the appropriate fitting pins/locations as the OEM.

Shane, hence the price difference. I know my Liberty mats purchased for my old liberty lasted quite a few years maybe 3-4yrs but it was a real wear and tear and i can't complain. Dad's car only done 8000kms, which i think is not a lot for 1yr and just goes to show the quality of the mats. But perhaps his was a lemon....lol
