Just out of interest, how much did it cost you to get the grill professionally sprayed?

It really broke the bank. $60 cash. I reckon I could've talked them down to a quality slab if I tried.

wow wtf i was getting the impression its like $150 or something from the way ppl carry on on here...

I think I might just buy the grill/front lip/eyelids and get them all sprayed at once ;D

Don't get too excited mate. If you ring a few local places (Canberra/Queanbo) I think you will find they are asking more in the range of $150. I'll be in the same situation soon with regard to looking for a place to do some stuff professionally for me. If I hit a good deal I will let you know.

While it ended up a quality result, their attention to detail wasn't perfect. The flat topside of the grille that isn't seen certainly isn't perfect. However it's not seen, and what you can see is painted well.

I guess what I'm saying is you get what you pay for.
