In Motor Magazine a few months back they did a test of a heap of sports convertibles... One of them being the standard (2.9L N/A) Boxter... 0-100 etc it was the slowest car out there by damn near a second... But on the track it was the other way around! & it was using the same driver etc, so it was a real test.
I never expected to see the EVO X win against the Porsche on the track. The big surprise to me was the 135i. I thought that would've been not far behind the Porsche.
