Remove front headlight eyelids

Hey guys,

When i bought my car the previous owner had put eyelids on the front headlights. Is there anyway to remove them? Im not such a fan of them.

They should be fitted with double sided tape. If so, heat up the eyelids a bit with a hairdryer and then peel them off. You can also use some fishing line, held both ends and run under the eyelid to cut through the tape. Heat the tape up thats left on the headlights with the hairdryer and rub off with your thumb. Finish it off with some turps to remove any residue left.
