Subaru Liberty STI: worth the extra money?

My thoughts:

1) As mentioned, the GT is a "tuned" by STi, so in effect if you buy all the STi parts and fit it to a std GT it then becomes a Tuned by STI car Just like if you could have a tuned by HKS /Trust/ Apexi /Zerosports/etc GT.

2) The 07 t/b STI GT is probably more worth the money than the 05/06.

3) When i purchased my 05 GT, if i knew the t/b STI was going to be available, I would have probably spent the extra 5 grand or so and got it... but with my 07 GT i just could not justify the extra 17 grand for the t/b STI GT...plus i already have most of the same version of parts the t/b sti has and mine are better

But, the 07 t/b STI is a nice package for someone who can justify it and also its a great purchase for someone looking to have a slightly different car but are not willing to tune it to their liking.

Im satisfied with my t/b sti, i dont mind spending more money on something a little more unique, sure there is another 299 around oz & doing my own mods will result in even more uniqueness but hey, like whats been said i like the non-voided warranty with all these factory mods...... until i wanna splash a few more dollars on the car which might be sooner than later .

In the end everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

It was worth every sent I paid for it. Traded MY06 WRX STI for her a month ago and I very pleased. also worth note that the Tuned by STI comes with 5 Enkei Wheels wrapped in Pirelli P Zero Nero's so price that into to it to particularly if you are going to mod brakes and get brembos for it.
